Remote Support

• TeamViewer Remote Support Client (Windows | Mac)
• Lets Claro Software support staff access and fix your computer over the Internet.
• Download the program and call technical support on 01772 977888.

Patches and Updates

• Claro Software Updater program (ClaroUp)
• If you currently have a non-English version of ClaroRead, only use the patch link to update. The full installer link will be for the English version only.
• This updater program, will assess your installed Claro Software products and provide necessary updates. Some early versions of ClaroRead V5.0 will not show up in the updater program, if this happens, please email technical support.
• We also provide release notes for our recently released products.
• Please be aware that an upgrade to the pronunciation editor from V5.0 means your entries will not show up in V5.5. To get your list of V5.0 entries to manually ali back into V5.5, go to C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Roaming\ClaroRead\5\Exceptions_en-gb.ini (Vista) or C:\Documents and Settings\[Username]\Application data\ClaroRead\5\Exceptions_en-gb.ini (XP).
• USB Update Patch for ClaroRead V5.0 or V5.1 to ClaroRead V5.5.20 June 2010. All languages.
• This update patch will update your USB version of ClaroRead from V5.0 or V5.1 to V5.5.20. If you have an earlier version, the patch will not work, please contact Claro Support for more information.
• USB Update Patch for ClaroCapture V1.0 to ClaroCapture V2.0.4 6th May 2010. English and Swedish only.
• This update patch will update your USB version of ClaroCapture from V1.0 to V2.0.4.

SAPI4

• SAPI 4 test program
• Lets you test which SAPI 4 voices are installed and working on your machine.

• Allows you to selectively remove broken SAPI 4 voice engines

Mac Support Files

• Allows you to remove selected installed Claro Mac voices.

  • We believe that TechReady sells the Mac driver for the Plustek Opticbook scanner. Once you have the driver, the scanner will work with Readiris Pro 11 for Mac.
